Cancellation
Should you cancel the booking the following costs will be applicable:
30 to 15 days before arrival 50% of the costs per night/ per person.
14 days or less or none arrival 100% of the costs per night/ per person.
Premature departure 100% of the costs per night/ per person.
We are happy to give you answers over the phone, e-mail or any other online booking.
The confirmation of the booking will be send to you after payment of 50% of the overnight bookings not later than 2 weeks after reservation.
For early bookings we would like payment (50%) not later than 3 month before your trip.
Should during this time no payment been on our account, we will at our discretion cancel the reservation. For confirmation of your booking we will need following:
Your credit card details (Name of the owner), card number, expiry date and control number (which means the last three numbers at the back of your card). With this information we will be able to authorize your payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Should you pay via our bank account in South Africa you are welcome to do so.
Please be reminded that your booking will only be valid when we have send you the written confirmation.
